Recycling 312 - Creative Contracting The objective of PROP's 2005 videoconference is to enlighten recycling managers of opportunities for improving bottom lines as well as highlight real life examples of creative contracting. Other topics to be discussed include: negotiating for recyclable materials processing and collection, dealing directly with brokers and end markets, developing a DEP recycling grant contract, and tips for contracting for electronics collection.
