Certified Recycling Professionals 2002 Graduating Class The Certification Program graduated its first class of Certified Recycling Professionals at PROP's 12th Annual Conference held in Malvern, PA in August of 2002. A total of 44 recycling professionals were presented with their award by DEP Secretary David Hess.
