At the 2025 PROP Conference in Mars Pennsylvania, during the Awards Ceremony on Thursday evening July 25th, we celebrated one of our largest group of certification graduates. We were especially proud of 5 individuals who were double certified this year. Completing both the Certified Recycling Professional (CRP) Certification and the Certified Compost Professional (CCP) Certification within one year.

The Professional Recyclers of Pennsylvania (PROP) is an association of recycling and organics professionals. Our member's primary responsibility is to work with residents, commercial establishments, haulers, and vendors to make sure that material designated for the recycling market is collected cleanly and efficiently. Ensuring that all the moving components of a recycling program run like a well-oiled machine require both technical knowledge and the art of diplomacy. PROP provides a network of industry professionals to help beginner and experienced coordinators develop and improve the knowledge and skills needed to implement and sustain a successful recycling program. |
