The PROP Conference Committee is excited to present the 35th Annual Recycling and Organics Conference being held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh - Cranberry in Mars PA, July 23 - 25 2025.

Join us to hear the latest recycling market news, find solutions to challenges, and learn from colleagues.  We have time designated to visit the exhibitors and learn how their products can help bring your programs to the next level.

A few highlights that are currently scheduled, there will be pre-conference certification classes on Tuesday, July 22nd if you are looking to receive recertification credits as well as a opportunities to get more hours of re-certification credits during the conference.

New in 2025, the PROP Organics Committee has been busy in 2024 working on PROP's New Certified Compost Professional (CCP) Certification. If you have taken the required classes and events up until the PROP Conference, and take the Pre-Conference Class/Tour as well as the 3 classes during the conference, you will be able to sit for the 30 Question Exam on Thursday right before the Banquet, pass the exam and receive your Certified Compost Professional Certificate at the Awards Banquet.

Wednesday morning starting at 10:00 am we will have a meet the Exhibitors Breakfast, Recycling Coordinators Corner, Our Annual Picnic offsite and return to the DoubleTree for the Evening Reception.

Thursday morning breakfast with the Exhibitors, then a Plenary. We will have our Legislative Update plenary, organics-related sessions and classes, then we will conclude our day with our Annual Award Banquet and Ceremony.  Friday we will have our annual Markets Update Plenary and the Department of Environmental Protection Updates Plenary.

  • You may register for Tuesday's Pre-Conference Certification Classes using the Attendee Registration Form
  • Full Conference registration covers all meals, sessions, plenaries, and certification classes during the conference Wednesday - Friday.
  • Daily registration covers, meals, sessions, plenaries, and certification classes on the day of attendance.
